Nistune Dealers... SR20 S13

Austin wanted some numbers on his S13 Drift Car. We have done all the work on his car SR20DET swap, D2 Racing Big Brakes, Megan Racing Coilovers, and much more. His next move is going to be a bigger turbo with a Nistune board.

RSX-S Tune..

The last Stage of Nhia's car build was to tune his car on Hondata K-Pro. Nhia was very happy with the outcome with nearly 230whp. He also told us that he would be back soon for a clutch upgrade.



Huge midrange power was big in this setup. Very respectable numbers for a car with 134K miles.

Returning Customers at TDC...S14 KA-T

Dusty has been a regular since TDC has opened over 3 years ago. He brought us his car a few months back fro a Turbo Kit install with a SAFC tune. We recommended him getting Nistune and a bigger set of injectors.


Nistune, Apexi Turbo Timer, Lowering Springs, and 740cc Nismo Injectors will all be going in Dusty's S14.. We will have his charts on here soon so stay tuned for them. We will also include new pics of his lower more aggressive look.

G35 for New Wheels and New Exhausts..

Aniekan's G35 was in need of new brakes bad!! So we put on some New Hawk Pads and with that we put on his new FX Wheels. A pretty nice upgrade from the stock G35 wheels.



We are also putting time into Tim's 300ZX which was in need of a new exhaust. Old one was rotted out and had the cats removed. New one will have him on his was nice and quiet.

Bigger Turbo's for New Cars to TDC

Jessie had brought his S14 SR20 for a head-gasket and was so excited about it he brought us his Built S13 SR20 for a Turbo upgrade. He had the car at another shop and was very unhappy with there performance. The car will be tuned on Nistune after everything is finished.





Chris also brought us his Civic LS for a tune on Crome Gold. He was at our last Dyno Night and wanted to max out his setup. He will be back for a turbo tune soon.

The Never Ending Work at TDC...

Mark is here with his SCCA CRX getting ready for a tune on Crome Gold. He is very limited to the type of modifications on his car (Intake, Header, Exhaust) so he is up for trying anything for and extra few horsepower.



Work also continues on Nhia's RSX-S. The plan is to have him on the roller today and should have results for you guys tomorrow.

We are slammed!!

This is Matt's 2009 Civic SI. It was in this past Saturday before the dyno night for a dyno tune. It's a stock K20z3, with a Skunk 2 Header, Buddy Club Cat-back, and an Injen Cold air intake. It was in for a tune on Hondata FlashPro.





He was very happy with the power gains, and the mid range power makes the car really fun to drive on the street!

We also have Chris' Super Clean Civic EX in for a transmission rebuild and a retune. The tranny is out, and torn down. Be looking for this one to hit the rollers this week. Also on the lift is Brad's EF hatch for a fuel pump install.



And lastly, we have Marc's Prelude on the rollers this morning for an AFC tune.

Tuning on Tuesdays.....

We tuned 2 cars last night. First up was Disney's 99 SI. His built B16 was tuned on Hondata S300, and featured Precision 680cc injectors, a DRAG Manifold, and a Garrett T3T4 turbo.





Next on the rollers was this Clean EK Hatch. The owner was shooting for around 250whp, and a fast sppoling setup. He chose to use a Greddy 16g Turbocharger. The result was an extremely fun car to drive.

Dyno Night and The New Week ...

Dyno Night was a huge success again! With the limited advertising we had, our turn out was just as big as our last Open House Night. We are posting the Dyno Charts on the internet right now and should have a link here soon for it. But here are the Pics!

Dyno Night Prep with Tuning Mania..

We ended up staying past Midnight night getting cars out. 2 Cars were tuned completely with 2 more cars getting tuned tonight and 2 more tomorrow before Dyno Night.


Heath had his Nitrous Express kit installed by us a little while back and was ready to dial in and put some numbers down with it.






His Civic made the usual respectable K-Series numbers off the nitrous. The number gained from the Nitrous had Heath very happy with his sleeper Sedan SI.


Second was Jamie's H22 EF hatch tune on Crome Gold.






Looking to get the most out of his setup , Jamie's Civic put up some pretty good numbers. A real nice header was holding this setup up back. But you can see the massive power gain between 5000rpm and 6000rpm.




Nhia has brought us his RSX-S for quiet a few upgrades and also a tune.
RDX 410cc fuel injectors ,IPS K2 Iron Core cams with Supertech dual valvespring, steel retainers, seats, and seals ,Skunk 2 R Muffler with Kteller piping are the parts going on. He also has a Kiddracing Krusher header, RBC intake manifold and a Injen Intake. Once were done with the install it is going on the Dyno for a tune on K-Pro. Numbers will be posted when completed.

Haltech Tuning... G35..

With our dyno back running we finished up some of the tuning we had waiting on us. This set up was from Robbie who had his G35 in with just basic bolt-ons (test pipes, Intake manifold spacer, K&N Filter).


Here is the chart from the tune. Red is the new numbers Blue is the old. Massive Torque gains from 2RPM to 5 RPM. Though the peak horse power did not have much of a peak gain , look at how much more power is made through out the pull.

Bisi, Bisi, Bisi......

Tons of stuff going on here at TDC. To sum most of it up here is the big news.





Travis's New Bisimoto B-Series header has arrived and we are all excited about it. Travis is building a CRX Drag car sponsored by TDC. Be on the look out soon as we will be tuning this car soon. We are anxious to see the difference.




And speaking of tuning, here is the little piece that was hold us back on tuning and our March 6th Dyno Night. Dyno is running great now and we are ready for our re-sceduled March 20th Dyno Night.



One last thing for today, TDC has recently acquired a very clean S14. It will be one of our new shop cars with big intentions. VQ35DE will be the motor platform, with the Tein Flew Coilovers that we just bought. We will be keeping you guys updated constantly as we continue our build.

StreetWise Drift....
